The Isabakes Story.
A look back at how a late-night baking hobby turned into Rossendale's sweetest obsession.
It all started in a kitchen.
Picture this: It's late, there's flour everywhere, and Isabel is in her parent's kitchen, perfecting what would soon become her signature bakes.
She wasn't trying to build an empire; she was just incredibly passionate about making treats that looked as stunning as they tasted. As she started sharing photos online, friends and soon strangers couldn't get enough.

Taking the leap.
The orders kept pouring in. The kitchen surfaces were completely overrun by cooling racks and delivery boxes. It became pretty clear: Isabakes needed its own space.
Taking a massive, terrifying, but exciting leap of faith, Isabel signed her very first commercial lease. It was a blank canvas, ready to be painted pink.
Welcome to Ormerod St.
After months of painting, planning, and endless recipe testing, the very first Isabakes storefront officially opened its doors on Ormerod Street.
It was everything she had dreamed of—a real, physical space where customers could come in, smell the fresh sugar, and pick out their favorite treats in person.

A little bit crazy.
To say the local community showed up would be an understatement. Almost overnight, the tiny shop became the busiest spot in town.
Saturdays meant shoulder-to-shoulder crowds, empty counters by noon, and an atmosphere that was absolutely electric. The tiny team was baking around the clock just to keep up!
Out the door.
The popularity of the bakes meant that queuing out the door, rain or shine, became a weekend tradition for our amazing customers.
While seeing a line down the street was incredibly humbling, it also sparked a realization: Isabakes had officially outgrown its first home. It was time for Chapter Two.

Building a flagship.
Isabel secured a gorgeous, much larger unit just around the corner on Bank Street.
This wasn't just a shop; it was a chance to build the ultimate bakery experience. From installing the signature sage canopy to designing a massive counter space, every detail was poured over.
Welcome to the new era.
Today, Isabakes stands proud as a cornerstone of Rawtenstall. A far cry from a messy parent's kitchen, but with the exact same heart, soul, and uncompromising dedication to baking the absolute best treats imaginable.
